Taylor Swift may believe in shaking things off but can she shake off the law suit against her? US R&B singer Jesse Braham has accused Taylor Swift of stealing the words from a song he wrote called Haters Gone Hate. Taylor Swift is now being sued for US $42 million over her 2014 hit Shake It Off. The song topped the charts around the world and has been viewed on YouTube more than 1.1 billion times. Jesse says he has the copyright ownership over the lyrics 'haters gone hate' and 'playas gone play' have been used in Taylor's song .
As well as the money Jesse wants from his law suit, he also wants his name added to the track as the song writer.
